报告提要:
Three-dimensional visualization is very important for materials study. At the University of Sydney, we are able to perform 3D imaging on a broad range of scales by employing different approaches. The techniques include micro- and nano-CT, 3view, electron tomography, and atom probe tomography. In this talk, the principles of these techniques will be briefly discussed, followed by examples of case studies performed by each technique.
