报告摘要:
The ultimate goal for nanotechnology to achieve tangible implementations requires fundamental understanding at the realistic device
scale. Advanced transmission electron microscopy (TEM) represents a powerful characterization method to provide atomic spatial resolution,
quantitative chemical information, real-time visualization, and quantum-mechanics phase change detectability. Here, I will present our recent
research accomplishments towards understanding the nanoscale functionalities using complementary techniques including in situ electron microscopy,
spectroscopy, and holography at all relevant length scales. The topics will include visualizing magnetization dynamics, measuring electrostatic
potential at working conditions, and probing electrochemical reactions in energy storage materials. These findings are essential for revealing
a full panorama of the underlying mechanisms in various systems and provide insights into future device design.

何锴博士简历:
何楷博士现就职于布鲁克海文国家实验室的功能纳米材料研究中心. 何楷毕业于美国亚利桑那州立大学, 师从电子显微学权威David Smith和Molly McCartney教授.
2011-2013年, 获Ellen Williams Fellowship资助, 在马里兰大学进行博士后研究, 并聘为助理研究员. 其研究方向包括原子及纳米尺度的透射电子显微学, 分
析谱学, 和电子全息学, 及其在磁性, 电子, 和能源等多种材料体系中的原位表征和应用. 他在国际权威期刊中发表了30余篇论文, 包括Nature Commun, Nano Lett,
ACS Nano, Adv Func Mater, JACS, APL 等.曾获IEEE磁学会最佳论文奖, 国家优秀自费留学生奖, 美国电子显微学会主席奖等多项奖励. 他还是十余种权威期刊的
